Field & Site Positions

General Labourers
Assist with a wide range of on-site tasks including material handling, site cleanup, and supporting skilled trades.

Heavy Equipment Operators
Operate specialized construction machinery including skid steers, excavators, dozers, screed pavers, and rollers on earthwork and paving projects.

Concrete Formwork Carpenters
Responsible for building and setting up formwork for structural and flatwork concrete pours.

Concrete Finishers
Smooth, level, and finish freshly poured concrete surfaces for sidewalks, slabs, curbs, and structural elements.

DZ Drivers
Operate dump trucks and other DZ-class vehicles to transport materials to and from construction sites safely and efficiently.

Assistant Site Supervisors
Support the site superintendent in coordinating day-to-day field activities, ensuring quality and safety compliance.

Site Superintendents
Lead on-site construction operations, managing crews, subcontractors, schedules, and daily reporting.

Project Management & Coordination

Project Coordinators
Assist in project planning, documentation, scheduling, and communication between field and office teams.

Project Managers
Oversee construction projects from pre-construction through close-out, managing timelines, budgets, and client communication.

Project Management Assistants
Provide administrative and logistical support to project managers and site teams throughout the construction process.

Estimating & Procurement 

Junior Estimators
Support the estimating team in quantity takeoffs, bid preparation, and subcontractor coordination.

Intermediate Estimators
Prepare detailed estimates and cost analyses for various scopes of work, liaising with suppliers and trades.

Lead Estimators
Manage the full estimating process for large-scale projects, including bid strategy, pricing, and team oversight.

Health, Safety & Technical Roles

Safety Officers
Enforce health and safety policies on job sites, conduct inspections, and lead training initiatives to ensure compliance.

Field Surveyors
Perform layout, grade staking, and as-built measurements using total stations and GPS equipment.

Office & Administration

Office Administrator
Manage office operations, document control, scheduling, and support accounting and HR functions.
